UEFA European Under-17 Championship Finals – Group B
Scotland 1-1 Hungary

Rudden 31; Szereto 52
Scotland earned an important point in Croatia after drawing 1-1 with Hungary in their second Group B match at the 2017 UEFA European Under-17 Championship Finals.
Rangers striker Zak Rudden marked his return from suspension by handing Scotland the lead shortly after the half-hour mark.
Jourdan Houston’s free-kick was spilled by Hungary goalkeeper Balázs Ásványi and Rudden was on hand to knock the ball into the empty net.
Hungary responded early in the second half through a wonderful Krisztofer Szereto free kick.
The forward curled a beautiful right-footed strike beyond a helpless Jon McCracken in the Scotland goal to level proceedings.
It was only the second goal Scotland have conceded in eight matches in this year’s competition and the 1-1 scoreline ensures their unbeaten record remains fully intact.
Scotland, still top of Group B, require at least a draw against France when the sides meet on Tuesday afternoon to progress to the quarter-finals.
The match against France will kick-off at 3pm (UK time) and will be live on Eurosport.
