As it happened
Scotland and Ireland shared the points in the second instalment of the European Under 19 Championship with goals from McCallion, North and Teasdale.
Neil MacFarlane made three changes to his Scotland side that faced Italy in the opening match. Jack Mcgrath, Aiden McCallion and Lewis Carrol were brought into the starting eleven to replace Alexander Smith, Archie Traynor and Zander McAllister.

Scotland were strong from the whistle, finding their way into the box on multiple occasions. In the 11th minute Cooper Masson did well down the left wing to send a ball the way of Fletcher Boyd who struggled to get a shot away within a crowded Ireland box.
Moments later, Republic of Ireland had their first big chance of the game. The 14th minute saw Oisin McDonagh send a ball onto the head of Charles Akinrintoyo which was dealt with comfortably by Rydnn McGuire.
Ireland came close again in the 23rd minute. Grady McDonnell crossed to Ryan Butler, forcing McGuire to make his first quality save of the match.
In the 30th minute Scotland took the lead, scoring our first goal of the qualifying campaign through McCallion - the midfielder who was brought into the starting eleven for today’s fixture.

Alfie Osborne floated a dangerous ball forward to Fletcher Boyd, who combined with Gilligan down the left wing before crossing to McCallion who slotted a low shot at the far post to put Scotland 1-0 up.
The lead lasted less than ten minutes, however, as Ireland equalised in the 39th minute, with McDonagh curling a free-kick into the top corner to equalise.
Scotland then attacked early within the first few minutes of the second half ,with short-range passing from Boyd and North allowing Boyd to come close with a shot in the 49th minute.
Ireland then got their noses in front a minute later as Kian Brown went through one-on-one with McGuire before slotting home.
In a topsy-turvy game, Scotland then equalised four minutes later. Mcgrath did well in the corner to send a stunning ball into the centre of the box for a perfectly timed Tommy North to strike.

Ireland then scored their third in the 69th minute, with substitute Cillian Tollett on target, before Scotland made it 3-3 in the 81st minute.
Cooper Masson played the ball wide-right to Alexander Smith who assisted with a lovely left footed ball in from outside of the box to find substitute Joseph Teasdale around the six yard box.
Scotland will now focus on Tuesday evening’s match against Poland, in Airdrie.
