The Scottish Gas Scottish Cup returned to a place of great historic significance on Wednesday, with the Preliminary Round Draws for both the men's and women's competition carried out at the Hampden Bowling Club in Glasgow.
As the competition celebrates its 150th anniversary, the draws were made at the bowling club which sits on the location of the original Hampden Park, where the very first Scottish Cup Final took place between Queen's Park and Clydesdale in 1874.
The three draws were carried out by Colleen McCudden and Jack Martin from Street Soccer Scotland, who were recently announced as the Scottish FA's official charity partner.
They joined Gordon Duncan to conduct Preliminary Rounds One and Two in the Scottish Gas Scottish Cup and the sole Preliminary Round in the Scottish Gas Women's Scottish Cup.
There were just seven teams in the Preliminary Round One Draw for the men's competition, with Abbey Vale, Carnoustie Panmure and Luncarty given home ties, while Culter received a bye.
The Second Preliminary Round Draw saw last season's fairytale side Darvel drawn away to Glenafton.
Clydebank and Auchinleck Talbot - who have also enjoyed impressive runs in the competition in recent seasons - were drawn away to Fort William and Wigtown & Bladnoch respectively.
In the Scottish Gas Women's Scottish Cup, 33 teams were drawn into 16 ties, with Dalbeattie Star receiving a bye into the First Round.

"It has been surreal to be along to conduct the draw today. I was also fortunate enough to take 20/25 kids from the Street Soccer Scotland programmes onto the pitch for the display ahead of the Scottish Cup Final last season which was an amazing experience. That will be hard to top!
"At Street Soccer Scotland we try to create positive change through football. We use football as a tool to try and build relationships with the children who come through our door. We try to support them on where they want to get to in our life.
"In football and in life - it's all transferable skills. Teamwork, leadership skills, communication, organisation. These are all things that people can learn football and use them in their professional or personal life.
Colleen McCudden, former Team Scotland player and Street Soccer Scotland coach: "It's fantastic for us to be a part of this draw today, particularly at such a historic setting.
"Street Soccer Scotland is such an amazing organisation to be a part of, it's like a second family and on the days where you don't feel up to it, you feel supported and everyone leaves with a smile on their face.
"I started out as a player before coming back and working on the volunteer programme.
"I was fortunate as well to have played for my country at the Homeless World Cup in Oslo in 2017. We were in the second tier and we topped our group and won it which was amazing. It was a dream, meeting players from all over the world. It gave me such a sense of belonging and filled me with confidence and I think that's what it is all about."
