Thomas Kelso

Thomas Kelso was born in Renton Dunbartonshire on 5 June 1882. Died 29 January 1974. Began at Third Lanark but only after a move to Manchester City in 1906 did he establish himself at right back. Tall and fast he was in the City team which won the Division Two title in 1910. Moved to Dundee in late 1912 then on to Rangers in 1914 for a year. After the first war he had a brief swansong at Aberdare Athletic. His uncle Robert Kelso was also a Scotland cap.
