Tickets at Hampden Park will be digital tickets and only available on the Hampden Park Tickets App. You can download the mobile app from the links below:
This is a mobile wallet specifically for match tickets at Hampden Park. You may be able to transfer tickets in the app subject to club requirements.
Ticket sales take place via the respective clubs, the Scottish FA do not sell tickets for Scottish Cup matches.
The Hampden Park Tickets App is not compatible with a Windows Smartphone.
App Information
After purchasing your tickets for the match(es) from your respective club, the tickets will only be visible in the Hampden Park Tickets App. Tickets purchased will be visible in the app, but the QR code will not be active until the morning of the match.
Please ensure that the Hampden Park Tickets App is up to date. Versions of the app that are not updated may have limited functionality.
Update your app by holding down the Hampden Park Tickets App and selecting update app.
Ticket Transfers
Transfer rules are subject to agreement with the competing clubs, it may be the case that tickets are non-transferable.
Select the Ticket(s) you want to transfer and then enter in the email address.
The ticket will go to the email address associated with the purchase, please contact your club for any clarification.
QR Codes & Scanning
All tickets will be issued digitally and only on the Hampden Park Tickets App. The QR code of the respective ticket will be activated on the app the morning prior to kick-off.
Please load your ticket at home on match day prior to leaving for the stadium. This will avoid delays at the turnstiles when opening the app.
Have your Hampden Park Tickets App open and with the ticket available to scan when you approach the turnstile.
USING THE APP
Step 1: Download the App
You can find the Hampden Park Tickets App on the mobile store. Please download the app on your mobile phone, tablets are not permitted as they will not fit in the scanners.

Step 2: Register for the App
You will need to register for the app using the same email that you use for your Club's Ticketing Account.
You will need to accept the terms and conditions of the tickets as well as the data protection statement to use the app.
It is preferable if you allow the app to use your contacts and Bluetooth functions to be able to forward tickets quickly. You can change the app’s permissions at any time.
NB: If you have set up an account to buy Scotland tickets since 2024 and you share the same email address between your Club and Scotland Ticketshop account, you do not need to re-register.

Step 3: Account Verification
After registering in the app, the email account your registered with will be sent a 6-digit verification code. Enter the code to verify the account. This process should be followed each time you login to the app. If you're logging in for the first time, you'll need to complete your account after verification. If you've previously logged in, you'll go straight into the app where you can find your tickets.
Each time you log into the app you will have to go through the account verification process. If you do not log out of the app, your phone will remember your details.

Step 4: Complete Profile Set-Up
Any fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.

Step 5: My Tickets
You must purchase tickets via our online ticketing website- the app only serves the purpose of storing the tickets digitally.
If tickets have not been injected into the app or you have logged into the app with the wrong email address, you will be shown the following message:

The ticket will only appear automatically if you have registered using the same details as the ticket website.
Step 6: Manage your Tickets
You can view all your purchased tickets via ‘My Tickets’. If you have bought several tickets for a single match, they will be displayed like below:

If you scroll down on a ticket, you will find matchday information such as ticketing information, seat details, entry information and stadium maps.
Step 7: Transfer Tickets
Transfer rules will be set by each participating club, in some instances tickets may be non-transferable.
To transfer tickets, click the Transfer button and choose the email address you want to send the tickets to. You can then send the ticket you want to transfer.
The ticket recipient will receive an email and will need to download and register for the Hampden Park Tickets App, if they haven’t already. The ticket recipient will have 48 hours to accept the ticket, if this is not accepted, the ticket will return to the original sender.


Returning a Transferred Ticket
If your companion is unable to attend the match and you have already forwarded the ticket, you can return the transferred ticket if it has not yet been downloaded. Use the ‘Return Transferred Ticket’ button.
Using the Ticket
You can use QR code to enter the stadium, please have your app open with the ticket displaying on approach to the turnstile. Simply scan it at the reader at the turnstile. It will only be visible the morning of the match and once the ticket has been assigned.
Tickets cannot be screenshotted to be used as a valid ticket. The QR code will be blocked if this is attempted.

Deleting Your Account
To delete your account, you will find the ‘Delete Account’ button under ‘My Profile’. Press ‘DELETE’ to continue. Please note that tickets associated with your account and personal data collected by the Scottish FA & TIXNGO will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Tickets Not Showing
Ensure that the email you have entered is correct. To receive the tickets in the Hampden Park Tickets App, you must use the same email address that was used to purchase the tickets. If you have logged in with the wrong email address, simply log out and log in with the correct email address.
If your tickets were forwarded by another user, the original sender may have cancelled them, and you should check with the person that sent you the tickets.
Your QR Code is securely stored and initially you will not be able to view it on the ticket. The QR code will be automatically activated before the match, this can range from a few days before the match or matchday.
Entering the Stadium
You should have your smartphone charged to enter the stadium. Powerbanks are permitted but cannot be bigger than the size of your mobile phone.
If you have already received your tickets, you do not need internet connection to activate the Hampden Park Tickets App tickets when you enter the stadium.
Open the Hampden Park Tickets App and enter the stadium via the turnstile indicated on your ticket. Present the QR Code at the top of your mobile device under the reader to scan. The QR Code will be displayed before the turnstiles open, you will not see the QR code until activation time (you will be notified via email when the tickets will be activated).
Screenshots of tickets will not be accepted. Tickets must be presented within the Hampden Park Tickets App. Copies of QR Codes presented through third party apps, websites or print outs will not be accepted.
We encourage all supporters to have their tickets download and/or transferred before departing for the stadium. Connectivity at the stadium may be intermittent, so it is strongly recommended to send/download tickets beforehand.
Tickets within the Hampden Park Tickets App can be displayed without internet connection.
If your mobile phone has ran out of battery, you will not be able to display your ticket. You can either log in to another phone with your log in credentials and transfer it to a friend's account. From here, you shall be able to scan both tickets from the same mobile device. Alternatively, you can contact the ticket help point on matchday.
