Summer of Football

We are delighted that Scotland’s Men’s A Squad are returning to the World Cup, what a fantastic summer it’s going to be as we celebrate their place on the biggest stage in world football.

Through the Summer of Football, we’re pleased to offer clubs the opportunity to apply for funding to be part of this national celebration. This is a great chance to bring your community together and create something special.

There are three key funding categories:

• Matchday Events – Celebrate Scotland’s group stage games with fun, family-friendly activity in your community, giving young people and families the chance to come together and enjoy the build-up to the games
• Summer Activity – Deliver additional sessions across the summer to engage more people, keep football fun and accessible, and inspire participation
• Legacy Activity – Create longer-term opportunities that help grow your club and provide ongoing ways for people to get involved
  The application process is now open, please take some time to review the information attached and work through the guidance.

We’d encourage all clubs to apply and be part of what promises to be a memorable summer.
