2026 will be a seismic year for the Scotland Men's National Team and our home fixtures at Barclays Hampden have now been finalised, following last night's UEFA Nations League Draw in Brussels, where Scotland were drawn into Group B1 alongside Switzerland, Slovenia and North Macedonia.

As well as the fixture details, we can now reveal the ticket sales schedule for the five matches that will take place at the National Stadium this year.

Scotland Supporters Club (SSC) Members will get the first chance to secure their seats, with five-match packages and individual matches going on sale next week.

Following discussions with supporter groups, we will also trial a Family Seating Area and a Singing Section at Barclays Hampden throughout 2026, with further details about each area detailed below.

Key Dates

  • Member five-match package sale: Monday, 16 February - 10am
  • Member single match sale: Thursday, 19 February - 10am
  • Public five-match package sale: Tuesday, 24 February - 10am
  • Public single match package sale: Thursday, 26 February - 10am

As we prepare for a historic return to the FIFA World Cup, Scotland kick off the year at Barclays Hampden with a friendly against Japan on Saturday, 28 March and we are back at the National Stadium on Saturday, 30 May for a send-off match against Curacao, in what promises to be a party atmosphere in Glasgow.

Following last night's draw, we will now face Switzerland, Slovenia and North Macedonia at Barclays Hampden later in the year as well.

We take on Switzerland on Tuesday, 26 September before facing Slovenia a week later on Tuesday, 6 October. Our final home game of 2026 will be against North Macedonia on Friday, 13 November.

SSC Members can secure their seats for the year from Monday, with five match packages on-sale from £175 for adults, £105 for seniors, £85 for accessible members and £50 for juniors. Members will also have the option to purchase tickets on a single match basis from Thursday, with prices starting at £35 for adults, £21 for seniors, £17 for accessible members and £10 for juniors.

For the first time, five match packages will also then become available for non-members shortly afterwards, allowing supporters the the chance to watch the action from the same seat across 2026, should they wish (subject to availability). This sale begins on Tuesday, 24 February, with a general sale for individual tickets starting two days later.

Family and Singing Sections

Following positive discussions with supporters groups, we have taken the step of introducing the trials of both a Family Seating Area and a Singing Section, for the matches that will take place at Barclays Hampden, as we strive to continually evolve and improve the matchday experience.

Under existing ticketing arrangements, families may currently book seats anywhere in the stadium that is available at the time of purchase, but with a view to ensure that the next generation of Scotland fans have a place to enjoy the game from - and a space to do so safely - we will also be trialling a designated Family Seating Area within the stadium, which will offer:

  • A seating zone tailored to families: This area will be stewarded appropriately, ensuring ticket-holders remain seated, to provide a clear view of the action.
  • A child-friendly area: Fans are asked in this area to be mindful of the crowd, and those in the area, with regards to their behaviour.
  • Activities and fan engagement: Families will be visited by Roary the Lion and there will also be face painting and photo opportunities.

This initiative reflects feedback from supporters over the previous campaign which expressed a desire for a more family-focussed area within the stadium.

The Family Seating Area will be located in section F1 in the join between the North and East section of Barclays Hampden, which will seat 865 fans. Anyone wishing to sit in this area can purchase tickets as normal and select seats within F1 (it will be marked as a family section).

In addition to the Family Seating Area within Barclays Hampden, feedback from supporters groups indicated a desire for a Scotland “Singing Section”.

While the backing from Scotland fans throughout the previous campaign was immense as we secured a return to the FIFA World Cup in dramatic fashion, we are looking to trial this in section B5, at the join of the North and West Stands.

  • A seating zone tailored to fan groups: Fan groups are encouraged to arrive early in this section, helping the atmosphere build until kick-off.

Tickets in this area will be limited to 963, so please ensure if you are intending to purchase in this area to do so quickly. Anyone wishing to sit in this area can purchase tickets as normal and select seats within B5 (it will be marked as a singing section).

Advice for Accessible Members

Supporters registered as Accessible Members will be sent a form via email to complete regarding their ticket and car park choices for both five-match packages and single match tickets. The SSC ticketing team will then take requests from Accessible Members and receive payment via email (with Youth Group Members following the same process). Non-members who have accessibility requirements will be contacted via email when the general sale begins on Tuesday, 24 February, with the same process being repeated.
