Liam Palmer

Liam came through the youth academy at Sheffield Wednesday. He made his debut for the Owls in August 2010, before joining Tranmere Rovers on loan for the 2012-13 season where he gained valuable first-team experience in League One.

He returned to Wednesday and became a key squad member for the Championship club – he was awarded the club’s Player of the Year award for the 2013-14 season and secured a new four year deal. He has now racked up more than 100 appearances for the Owls and become a firm favourite with the fans. Liam has represented Scotland on multiple occasions at both under-19s and under-21s level.
