Harry Haddock

Harry Haddock was born in Glasgow on 26 July 1925. He died on 19 December 1998. A famous left back who spent his entire playing career with Clyde from September 1949 to November 1962. Although not particularly tall he made up for that with skill and power and had the ability to throw the ball extraordinary distances. He played in Clyde's Scottish Cup winning teams of 1955 and 1958 and although the club was relegated in between those victories his efforts helped take them to the Second Divsion ch
