Archibald Devine

Archibald F Devine was born in Lochore, Fife, on 2 April 1887. He died on 30 September 1964. Playing at inside left, Devine was a useful performer for a number of Scottish clubs in the early years of his career. He turned out for Lochgelly United, Heart of Midlothian, Raith Rovers and Falkirk, and with the latter club he made his mark by scoring 13 goals in 25 appearances in season 1909/10. This earned him his single Scotland cap and also a Scottish League representative cap.
