Biography
The ultimate utility player: McCulloch began his career with Motherwell as a striker, became an aggressive wide midfielder at Wigan Athletic and at Rangers has played in attack and central defence before carving a new niche as a holding midfielder.
Lee made his Scotland debut in a 1-1 World Cup qualifying draw with Moldova in 2004. He played in Scotland's famous Euro 2008 qualifying victories against France in Paris and Glasgow and scored his first international goal in a 3-1 win over Ukraine in the same campaign.
