Furthermore such person or body shall not act in any manner which is improper or use any one (1), or a combination of, violent Conduct, serious foul play, threatening, abusive, indecent or insulting words or behaviour.

Disciplinary Rule allegedly breached: Disciplinary Rule 37. The charge against the club is that, shortly prior to the commencement of the match, the club did fail to ensure, as far as is
reasonably practicable, that their supporters did not engage in Unacceptable Conduct.
Hearing date: Thursday, 12 February 2026
Outcome: Admitted. Should there be a further breach of Disciplinary Rule 37 by Clydebank FC between now and the end of season 2027/28 in any Scottish Gas Men's Scottish Cup fixture, in respect of a home fixture for Clydebank FC in the Scottish Cup competition taking place thereafter, closure of all of the ground for said fixture.
