This Disciplinary Updates section details selected Notices of Complaint issued by the Compliance Officer and Claims lodged and dealt with under the Judicial Panel Procotol.
This section will also be regularly updated with the outcomes of cases.
Fast Track Notice of Complaint | Jack Baldwin, player, Ross County FC

Disciplinary Rule allegedly breached: Disciplinary Rule 200: Where it is established that a player has committed any one or more of the following sending off offences during a match:
(A1) Serious foul play (as described from time to time in the Laws of the Game), but only where the acts and/or omissions constituting the sending off offence:(i) were committed intentionally; and/or(ii) fell significantly below the standard of conduct expected of a Player in the prevailing circumstances; and(iii) in the case of each of (i) and/or (ii) above, demonstrate a culpable disregard by the Player for the consequences which might result from such acts and/or omissions.(A2) Violent conduct (as described from time to time in the Laws of the Game)(A3) Biting or spitting at someone, and, in the case of each or any of A1, A2 and/or A3, where the player was not dismissed by the referee as a result of the alleged act/acts referred to within the Fast Track Notice of Complaint.
Any Fast Track Notice of Complaint alleging a breach of this Rule shall be Determined by a Fast Track Tribunal subject to the provisions of Section 13.
Fast Track Tribunal Hearing: Thursday 25th August 2022.
Outcome: Admitted: two-match mandatory suspension, effective immediately to the player's Recognised Team's next two matches, irrespective of competition.

Competition: Scottish Premiership
Offence: A1 - serious foul play
Claim: Wrongful dismissal
Fast Track Tribunal Hearing: August 23, 2022
Outcome: Claim partially upheld. A1 – Serious Foul Play; the original sanction is rescinded, and replaced by cautionable offence B1B. Recklessly trips or attempts to trip an opponent.

Match: Hibernian FC v Greenock Morton FC
Disciplinary Rule allegedly breached: Disciplinary Rule 208. No player or member of Team Staff shall breach a suspension and no club or Football Academy shall allow a player or member of Team Staff to breach a suspension.
Hearing date: Thursday 11 August 2022
Outcome: Acceptance of the offer to re-impose one-match Scottish League Cup suspension.
Fast Track Notice of Complaint | Daniel Devine, player, Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC

Competition: Premiership Play-Off.
Disciplinary Rule allegedly breached: A4 – Denying the opposing team or an opponent a goal or an obvious goal scoring opportunity as defined by Law 12.
Fast Track Tribunal Hearing: Wednesday 18 May 2022.
Outcome: Claim Dismissed. The original sanction is imposed with immediate effect. £250 fee forfeited, to be paid within 30 days.
