What more can you do to get marketing support from your fan base? We spoke to Craig Hughes from the Well Society and Andy Ross from the MFC Podcast who gave us insight into the different roles they have in working with the club and what more can be done across Scotland.
Motherwell are in a slightly unique position in that they are fan owned but there are plenty of ideas to be taken away from this podcast including further developing a subscription model and how to work more closely with fan media.
