TeamWorks: Scottish FA Business Mentoring Programme
TeamWorks is a programme that was created with a view to helping those involved in grassroots football become more effective in the way they operate.
How Does It Work
To join the programme each club completes an application form indicating the type of business support they require.
Volunteers will fill out a similar application form, indicating the specific knowledge and experience that they have.
After we have received both applications a match is made based on the knowledge required by the club, and the skillset each individual volunteer possesses. The way that clubs and volunteers engage with each other is completely subjective, it
depends on what support they require, or how much time is necessary to complete each task.
