Course Aim |
On completion of the course, the candidate will be better equipped to be able to plan, prepare and deliver appropriate physical preparation practices for youth/ adult players. The course includes both theoretical and practical aspects relating to the physical preparation of players in a football context. |

Course Duration |
One day/six hours |

Assessment |
The course is non-assessable and is attendance based only. However, in order to achieve the award, 100% attendance is mandatory during course hours. |

Payment |
Payment must be made online, at the time of booking. |

Cost Inclusive |
Access to the Scottish FA Live Learning Management System (LMS), including all course notes and materials; tuition fees. |

Additional Information |
During practical components of the course, all course candidates will be expected to participate in football-related activity for the full duration of the course. The Scottish FA Live LMS will be utilised for the dissemination of all course materials and information; candidates are expected to check the LMS regularly for updates and notifications. |

Course Completion |
On successful completion of the Scottish FA ‘Physical Preparation (Youth/Adult)’ course, candidates will receive the Scottish FA ‘Physical Preparation (Youth/Adult)’ Award. |
|
Award Validity |
The Scottish FA ‘Physical Preparation (Youth/Adult)’ Award must be kept valid by completing accredited CCD, CPD or the next level of the coaching pathway within three years. |
