The Scottish FA North Region is running a FREE in-service day at the Aberdeen Sports Village, Aberdeen on Monday 14th September. The session will run from 7.30pm – 9pm and is open to anyone with an interest in football.
The themes on the evening will include developmental 4v4 small-sided games, aimed at children aged from 6-9 years old, which is in conjunction with the current National Plan.
All those attending will receive a DVD and booklet covering Developmental Fours.
This is an opportunity for all coaches at any level of the game to come along and hopefully pick up a few new coaching drills or practices.
This session will be open to coaches, coaches’ helpers, parents and anyone else who is involved in the game. The Scottish FA see it as an important part of developing coaches and the game across the North of Scotland.
North regional Manager, Graeme Sutherland said “This session will help compliment the work currently being done by coaches across the 6-9 year old age group, and will be particularly useful for clubs and volunteer coaches who are involved in the ADJFA 4v4 pilot and NRGFL 4v4 festivals.
"We are keen to ensure that anyone who is interested is welcomed to this event, whether they are a current volunteer within club or schools football or are considering volunteering in the future”
To reserve a place on the in-service please phone the North Regional office on 01343 540101 or download and complete the application form on the right and return to the North Regional Office.
