Broxburn United Sports Club, a Scottish FA Quality Mark Community Club, recently received another prestigious award in recognition of their hard work in grassroots football. They were honoured with the West Lothian Council Development Level Award (stage 3) as part of the council's Community Sports Club Scheme.

The award confirms the club's commitment to creating a development pathway for players, coaches and managers and for their continued volunteer support for community sports participation- all in a safe environment.

Along with their status as a Scottish FA Quality Mark Community Club, the Development Level award from the council should help Broxburn access more grants and funding to help them further develop in the community. These awards act a barometer in terms of appropriate club structure, processes and coaching which should combine to give players, parents, coaches and volunteers the best possible experience in grassroots football.

The Scottish FA South East Region wish to congratulate Broxburn United on this achievement.
