The Scottish FA South East region is delighted to announce the line-up for it's 2012 Coaching Conference.
What: Scottish FA South East Coaching Conference
Where: The Braidwood Motor Company Stadium, Livingston (Almondvale)
When: Sunday 22nd April 2012 (10am – 4pm)

• Donald Park, Scottish FA, Head of Coach Education
• Steve Agnew, Middlesborough FC, Assistant Manager
The conference is aimed at coaches working at all levels of football, and will include a variety of practical sessions as well as a discussion forum.
The conference has been designated as a continuous professional development (CPD) event for coaches who attend.
Guest coach details:
Alan Irvine, Everton FC - Alan Irvine returned to Everton to take up the role of Academy Manager in July 2011. He replaced veteran boss Ray Hall, returning to the Club after almost four years away. Previously he had been a player and assistant manager at Everton.
Donald Park, Scottish FA - Donald Park is head of coach education at the Scottish FA. After a playing career which featured over 500 appearances with Hearts, Partick Thistle, Brechin City and Meadowbank he moved into coaching. His coaching and management career included spells at Hearts and Hibernian.
In Donald’s current role with the Scottish FA he oversees coach education for all levels of the game.
Steve Agnew, Middlesborough FC - In February 2002 Steve moved into coaching on the back of a successful playing career. Steve became assistant manager of Gateshead FC before moving to the Middlesbrough Academy and then joining Leeds United as Reserve Team Manager. Steve has also been assistant manager with Hartlepool as well as manager of Leesd 18s.
He rejoined Middlesbrough as reserve team coach on 23 January 2007. He was promoted to assistant manager on 7 July 2008.

The cost for the day is £10 (£5 for Scottish FA Quality Mark clubs) with tea/coffee on arrival and lunch. All attendees will also receive a free gift.
