Dumfries and Galloway Football Development Department is pleased to announce a new and exciting initiative which will be launching this Saturday 4th September.  This will run for 6 weeks until 9th October across the four areas of Dumfries and Galloway in partnership with Stranraer FC, Threave Rovers FC, Queen of the South FC and Annan Athletic FC.

This new venture will be a come along and play programme, incorporating the Scottish FA's small sided games format. The initiative will be a partnership between the Council's Football Development Department and the Four Senior Clubs in each area. It will be held in a structured, non-coached format where kids will be divided into 4v4 teams where possible and play each other on a rotation basis in a friendly, fun and relaxed environment.

Coaches from both the Dumfries and Galloway Council's Leisure and Sport Football Development team and Coaches from the Senior Club in the area will help organise and facilitate each venue.

The cost of each session will be £1.50 for an hours football with kids also receiving a ticket entitling them to FREE access to a Home game in their respective areas at Stranraer FC, Threave Rovers FC, Queen of the South FC or Annan Athletic FC when accompanied with a paying adult.
