The Clackmannanshire Youth Football Partnership functioned for the past three years before coming to a close on September 12th 2011. Over this period of time the partnership generated discussion influencing the shape of youth football in Clackmannanshire. This approach was subsequently recognised as an example of good practice by the Scottish FA.

Therefore a consultation meeting will take place in order to discuss the way forward for a new Partnership on:
Monday 28th November at Kilncraigs, Alloa from 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm

It is anticipated that a new Partnership will alter slightly from the previous Clackmannanshire Youth Football Partnership in that it will invite all of those who come under the Scottish FA's new non professional game board and a member of the Referee's Association to attend. Following this consultation meeting a new partnership will be formed which will address issues such as the booking of facilities, touchline behaviour, the transition of youth players into adult football and the wider issues within football in Clackmannanshire in order to help achieve strong, quality growth in football within the area.

For more information or if you wish to attend please contact Graeme Henderson on 01259452332 or ghenderson@clacks.gov.uk (please note that the number of attendee's is restricted to two members per club).
