Match: Hibernian v Greenock Morton (SPFL Championship) – Wednesday, 29 March 2017
Disciplinary Rule allegedly breached:
Disciplinary Rule 203: In that at the above you did commit misconduct, and that:
On or around the 93rd minute of the above match you committed Misconduct, and that you entered the technical area of Hibernian FC and adopted an aggressive attitude to Neil Lennon, manager of Hibernian FC.
Outcome: Complaint withdrawn.

Disciplinary Rule allegedly breached:
Disciplinary Rule 203: In that at the above you did commit misconduct, and that:
On or around the 93rd minute of the above match you committed Misconduct, and that you entered the technical area of Hibernian FC and adopted an aggressive attitude to Neil Lennon, manager of Hibernian FC.
Outcome: Charge admitted.
Sanction: Three-match suspension (two matches to be served immediately; one match to take effect in the event of further breach of disciplinary rule 203, suspended until end of calendar year 2017).

Match: Hibernian v Greenock Morton (SPFL Championship) – Wednesday, 29 March 2017
Disciplinary Rule allegedly breached:
Disciplinary Rule 204 of the Disciplinary Rules of the Scottish FA.
That on or around the 93rd minute of the above match three or more players and/or members of Team Staff from your club, were involved in a confrontation with opposing players and/or members of Team Staff.
Outcome: Charge admitted.
Sanction: £750 fine (£500 payable immediately; £250 payable in the event of further breach of disciplinary rule 204, suspended until end of calendar year 2017).
