Disciplinary Rule 72: In that on 24th January 2015 following the Scottish Professional Football League Premiership match between St Mirren FC and Dundee FC, in an interview later posted on the St Mirren FC Twitter account and the Scottish Professional Football League YouTube account, you made comments criticising the performance of the Match Officials in a manner which indicated bias or incompetence on their part.
Outcome: Breached proved.
Sanction: Two-match suspension (one match to be served immediately and one match suspended until the end of the season pending a further breach of Rule 72).
