Alleged Party in Breach: Robbie Neilson (Head Coach, Heart of Midlothian)
Disciplinary Rule allegedly breached:
Disciplinary Rule 72: In that following on from the Scottish Professional Football League Premiership match between Hamilton Academical FC and Heart of Midlothian FC upon 29th August 2015, in an interview with the BBC you criticised the performance of the Match Officials in such a way as to indicate bias or incompetence on their part.
Outcome: Breach established
Sanction: Two-match suspension, to take effect in the event of a further breach of Disciplinary Rule 72 before the end of season 2015/16
