A Disciplinary Tribunal convened today in accordance with the Judicial Panel Protocol to consider the following cases:

Case One

Alleged party in breach: Stephen Robinson (Assistant Manager, Motherwell)
Match: Aberdeen v Motherwell (SPFL Premiership) - Saturday, 30th April 2016
Disciplinary rule allegedly breached:
Disciplinary Rule 203 - In that on or around the 88th minute of the above match you committed misconduct by repeatedly adopting aggressive behaviour towards a Match Official, and repeatedly using offensive, abusing and insulting language towards him also.

Outcome: Mr Robinson was found in breach and a three-match suspension imposed with immediate effect.

Case Two

Player: Keith Lasley (Motherwell FC)
Match: Aberdeen v Motherwell (SPFL Premiership) - Saturday, 30th April 2016
Case: Claim of Wrongful Dismissal (Serious Foul Play)
Outcome: Claim dismissed. Two-match suspension applied immediately, and an additional one match dated suspension applied having previously been reported for a sending-off offence.
