The Schools of Football initiative, funded by Cashback for Commmunities, is now entering it's second year and all the children involved were at Toryglen Regional Football centre recently to be tested.
There are six Scottish FA Schools of Football across the country, one per region, and each one now has a group of 1st and 2nd years who train at football everyday as part of their daily timetable.
All the children selected for the programme sat their 'start of term' skill and fitness tests at the fabulous new indoor pitch at Toryglen.
A number of different skills challenges were set to record the pupils' current fitness, skill, agility and speed.
Through the year they train daily with a qualified Scottish FA coach and record their improvements through each term.
In our video two of these pupils explain exactly how the Schools of Football operate.
