On 29th March the Under 9 girls of west Dunbartonshire have been enjoyed their first football festival of the year at

Braidfield Campus, Clydebank.


This programme has come from the Football Development Department and Active Schools who have been working together to create new teams that can link to the existing clubs by helping to train coaches and club officials as well as

recruiting the players. Over the past 5 years over 25 new teams have been created as well as 78 volunteers, with 45 of whom are women.
