The Scottish FA Girls U13 Area Squads are once again starting throughout the East Region.
The area squads give players identified at local club level an opportunity to receive high level football coaching and an introduction to sports science and lifestyle management.
The squads are delivered in partnership with local authorities and are designed to help players to develop to their full potential.
The training schedule is as follows:
