UEFA European Under-19 Championship Elite Round
Austria 1-2 Scotland
Thursday 26th March 2015, 6pm kick-off
Sportzentrum Schwechat-Ranners, Austria
(Kvasina 85'; Henderson 54', 79')
A double from Celtic's Liam Henderson secured a fine victory for Ricky Sbragia's Scotland Under-19 side in their Elite Round opener against nine-man Austria.
A second-half brace from Henderson, the latter of which coming from the penalty spot, means Scotland top their group after the first round of matches, with Italy drawing with Croatia in the day's earlier fixture.
The result caps off a fine 36 hours for Scotland's national teams, with the Men's A squad, Under-21 and Women's Under-17 all winning matches, while the Under-17s qualified for this summer's European Championships.
Scotland: Kelly (GK), Sinnamon, Waters, Souttar, McKenna (C), Storie, McMullan (Beith'), Cardwell (Wright 84'), Henderson, Jones, McBurnie (Brophy 81')
Subs: Hart (GK), S.Martin, L.Martin, Smith
