Heriot-Watt University Football Club and Currie Star Football Club have combined to create Heriot-Watt Community Football Club. This innovative partnership has been set up to provide a complete player pathway for children from the age of 5 to adult football.  Heriot-Watt Community Football Club will enable children, youths and adults from the local community to develop in a safe environment.

The partnership will allow the local community to benefit from using first class facilities and coaching excellence whilst increasing the community spirit at the University.

Heriot-Watt University Football Club will run the East of Scotland senior team, 2 Adult Amateur teams, and the East of Scotland Under 21 and Under 19 teams.  These teams will all be based at Heart of Midlothian Football Academy in partnership with Heriot-Watt University.

Currie Star Football Club will run all teams from the current Soccer School through to Under 17 including our newly formed Girls set up.  These teams will be based at Dovecot Park, Kingsknowe.

We would like to thank the Scottish Football Association and ClubSport Edinburgh for their advice and support in setting up Heriot-Watt Community Football Club.
