TEMPORARY APPOINTMENT
OFFICE AND EVENTS CO-ORDINATOR
Working with the Scottish Football Association (SFA) South West Region this post will assist and support the SFA Regional Manager and Regional Staff to ensure the efficient delivery of the SFA Youth Action Plan within the South West Region.
Responsible for:
• Managing the day to day operations within the South West Region office
• Provide administration support to the Regional Manager and other areas of the Regional Partnerships business as required
• Maintain communication network with coaches and volunteers
• Liaise with local and national press to promote Regional activity.
• Managing the South West Region Club Visit Programme and providing organisational support to events within the Region
• Administration of Scottish Women’s Youth League Activity within the South West Region
You must have:
• Ability to work on your own initiative and flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
• Relevant qualifications and three/four years practical experience (preferably gained with a sports/football environment)
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
This is a full time (37 hours) post which will be based mainly within the Magnum Leisure Centre, Irvine.
Annual salary £15,392.
