The last Central Region Inservice of the Year will take place at Dumbarton's East End Park on the Thursday 11th November from 7pm-8.30pm
It will feature a session on Movement, Vision and Decision Making lead by Neil Mackintosh, Head of Youth Development at the Scottish FA.
All runners are provided by Dumbarton FC.
