McDonald's London Road branch will sponsor Glasgow Girls FC as part of the company's partnership with the Scottish FA which aims to develop grassroots football.
As a Scottish FA Quality Mark Development Club, Glasgow Girls FC were selected to receive McDonald's branded training equipment and strips.
Jim Strathdee Glasgow Girls Chairman said: "We would like to thank McDonald's London Road for their support of the club and look forward to a lasting relationship with them.
"We would also like to thank the Scottish FA for their support through the Quality Mark scheme.”
Glasgow Girls FC are now taking names for the new season for their under 13s, 15s, 17s and new senior team. The club will also run a free development class for girls aged 8-12 as a pathway to their teams.
The class will be held at Bannerman High School on a Thursday from 6.15pm-7.45pm and all are welcome regardless of experience or ability.
