The Compliance Officer has issued the following Notices of Complaint:
Complaint 1 (Non-fast track):
Alleged Party in Breach: Bilel Mohsni (formerly of Rangers FC - Scottish FA Player Registration Number 315013)
Match: Motherwell v Rangers (SPFL Premiership Play-off) - Sunday, 31st May 2015
Disciplinary Rule(s) allegedly breached:
Disciplinary Rule 202: In that at the above match you did commit Excessive Misconduct by committing sending-off offences of Violent Conduct. That Violent Conduct is an offence listed in the Schedule of Offences in Annex C of the Judicial Panel Protocol. That these sending-off offences of Violent Conduct were aggravated by the number of acts of Violent Conduct committed by you, by the prolonged nature of the incident involving these acts, and by the high degree of physical violence used. That your acts of Violent Conduct involved:
i) Kicking Lee Erwin of Motherwell FC
ii) Punching Lee Erwin of Motherwell FC upon the face so that his face was cut and he was injured
iii) Struggling violently with Fraser Kerr of Motherwell FC
Principal Hearing date: Thursday, 18th June 2015
Mr Mohsni has until 3pm on Tuesday, 9th June 2015 to respond to the complaint.
For the avoidance of doubt, Mr Mohsni was sent off after the above match for Violent Conduct, incurring an automatic four-match suspension (two matches plus two additional matches for previous sending-off offences this season). The above notice of complaint is in addition to this sending-off offence.
Complaint 2 (Fast track):
Alleged Party in Breach: Lionel Ainsworth (Motherwell)
Match: Motherwell v Rangers (SPFL Premiership Play-off) - Sunday, 31st May 2015
Disciplinary Rule(s) allegedly breached:
Disciplinary Rule 200 - In that at the above match you committed an offence listed in the Schedule of Offences contained in Section 3 of Annex C to the Judicial Panel Protocol, namely A2 Violent Conduct, by striking Bilel Mohsni of Rangers FC on the back of the neck or head
Fixed Suspension offer: Yes – two matches, to be served immediately
Outcome: Two-match suspension accepted.
Complaint 3 (Fast track):
Alleged Party in Breach: Craig Moore (Motherwell)
Match: Motherwell v Rangers (SPFL Premiership Play-off) - Sunday, 31st May 2015
Disciplinary Rule(s) allegedly breached:
Disciplinary Rule 200 - In that at the above match you committed an offence listed in the Schedule of Offences contained in Section 3 of Annex C to the Judicial Panel Protocol, namely A2 Violent Conduct, by striking or attempting to strike Bilel Mohsni of Rangers FC with your hand
Fixed Suspension offer: Yes – two matches, to be served immediately
Outcome: Two-match suspension accepted.
