Area Coach Development Day.
Saturday 2nd May 10:30am – 3:30pm at Borough Briggs in Elgin:
This event follows up the success of last year where 50+ coaches attended the session at Borough Briggs, home of Elgin City FC. We have two guest coaches of an excellent standard and this day should prove to be as well received as the previous event. The Area Coach Development Day is FREE and lunch will also be provided on the day.
Brian Ewing is Director of Sport & Exercise at Dundee University and Sport Scientist to the SFA National Youth Teams. Brian will cover a variety of topics including advice on current trends and basic physical conditioning of young and youth players.
Jim Crawford is Senior SFA Community Coach at Aberdeen Football Club. Jim was instrumental in designing and creating the SFA “Creative Player” resource and will deliver a session based around this theme.
An excellent line up for what should be an interesting and informative day’s coaching. Not to be missed!
