The Scottish Women’s Football North Region Girl’s Football League Cup Finals day will be held on the outdoor grass pitch at the Aberdeen Sports Village on Saturday 30th October 2010.

Last year was the first season that the Scottish FA and Scottish Women’s Football Association had combined to administrate the girl’s leagues in Scotland and the 2009 finals day was heralded as a great success!

After an impressive undefeated record in the league, Buchan Girls Football Club won the U15s League Cup, and Aberdeen Football Club Girls United won the U17s League Cup after beating their rivals East End Girls in closely fought match.

This year all three age groups will be represented at the finals (U13s, U15s and U17s) with U13s kicking the day off at 10am.  The schedule is as follows:-

Under 13s

Deveronvale Girls 13s v East End Lightning 13s, K.O. 10am

Under 15s

Deeside Girls 15s v Buchan Quines White 15s, K.O. 12.30pm

Under 17s

With the girls now playing summer football this finals day takes place towards the end of the March to November season.
