Complaint 1

Alleged Party in Breach: Peter Houston (Manager, Falkirk FC)
 
Disciplinary Rule allegedly breached:
 
Disciplinary Rule 72: In that on 3rd October 2015, following on from the SPFL Championship match between Rangers and Falkirk, in an interview with Falkirk TV, you criticised the decisions and performance of the Match Officials in such a way as to indicate bias and incompetence on their part, and which also impinged upon their character.

Principal hearing date: Thursday 29th October 2015
 
Mr Houston has until Tuesday 13th October to respond to the complaint.

 

Complaint 2

Alleged Party in Breach: Alan Maybury (Coach, Falkirk FC)

Match: Rangers v Falkirk (SPFL Championship) – Saturday 3rd October 2015
 
Disciplinary Rule allegedly breached:
 
Disciplinary Rule 203: In that immediately after the above match you did commit misconduct and did use offensive abusing and insulting language towards the Match Referee.

Fixed suspension offered:
Yes – one match

Outcome: Mr Maybury has accepted the one match suspension
