Complaint One
Alleged party in breach: Mark McGhee (Manager, Motherwell)
Match: Aberdeen v Motherwell (SPFL Premiership) - Saturday, 30th April 2016
Disciplinary rule allegedly breached:
Disciplinary Rule 203 - In that on the conclusion of the above match you did commit misconduct, and both adopted aggressive behaviour towards a Match Official, and used offensive, abusing and insulting language towards him also.
Fixed suspension offered: Yes – one match
Outcome: Mr McGhee has accepted the one-match suspension (applied immediately)
Complaint Two
Alleged party in breach: Stephen Robinson (Assistant Manager, Motherwell)
Match: Aberdeen v Motherwell (SPFL Premiership) - Saturday, 30th April 2016
Disciplinary rule allegedly breached:
Disciplinary Rule 203 - In that on or around the 88th minute of the above match you committed misconduct by repeatedly adopting aggressive behaviour towards a Match Official, and repeatedly using offensive, abusing and insulting language towards him also.
Principle hearing date: Thursday 12th May
Mr Robinson has until Tuesday 10th May to respond to the Notice of Complaint
