Programme Manager
Full-time position
£20,000 - £25,000 per annum plus other benefits
Falkirk Football Community Foundation (FFCF) is seeking to appoint a Programme Manager to further drive forward its social and educational programmes throughout Forth Valley. Your work will involve managing a team of experienced project co-ordinators as well delivering informal education projects to a diverse group of people.
FFCF (Scottish registered charity SC041791) is the community arm of Falkirk Football Club and is highly regarded amongst other professional clubs in Scotland. The Foundation has also supported some English premiership clubs in developing their social education programmes.
You will work closely with your team and in partnership with the local authority, funders and other agencies. A key aspect of the role will be to manage, organise, plan and deliver social, education, health and wellbeing and sport based projects.
The successful candidate must have access to a car and a willingness to work flexibly and on occasion, some unsociable hours. The position is based at The Falkirk Stadium.
In addition to an attractive salary, the position offers 28 days leave (includes statutory/public holidays), access to Falkirk FC home league games, health insurance and a contributory pension scheme, childcare voucher scheme (tax-free) and a flexible approach to working hours (depending on the needs of the business).
