The Scottish FA are delighted to announce the development of a new Referee Awareness Course which is FREE and designed to help support and introduce coaches to the Laws of the Game.

The course will take place:

Day/Date - Monday 9th February

Time - 6:30pm to 9pm

Venue - Hampden Park

Cost - Free

The main point of the course will be:

- To introduce you to the Laws of the Game that link to the National Player Pathway and are relevant to childrens football in Scotland

- To provide you with a better understanding of the role of the referee in football

- To equip you with the knowledge you need to be an effective referee / match supervisor in childrens football in Scotland

- To have more knowledgeable people supervising small sided games and educating the young players
