Galaxy Sports Little Kerse is opening its doors for the summer.
The football facility based in Grangemouth (Directly across from the Inchyra Grange) has created a new free football scheme for kids within the local area which enables them to have access to the facility for free throughout the summer holidays.
The facility is allowing kids and young people under the age of 18 to use the facility between the times of 4pm to 6pm Monday to Friday. The new scheme will allow young people from the local area to use both the 5 a side and 7 a side Astro Turf 3G pitches for football or any other sport/exercise they wish.
Facility Manager Gary Sibbald had this to say about the new scheme ‘’we are delighted to be able to open up the facility to the young people within the local area. We are hoping that by allowing young people to have a set time to play football throughout their week helps them to create a focus to their day and ensures that they have the opportunity to take part in regular exercise. The new scheme is an example of how the facility is growing and becoming a valuable part of the local community, we are confident that a good number of kids from the local area will get on board with the new scheme.’’
Galaxy Sports Little Kerse would like to take this opportunity to make it clear that although the facility will be free of charge for people under the age of 18 to use between the set times and dates stated above, Galaxy Sports Little Kerse will not be responsible for supervising anyone using the facility during this time. Therefore if you as the parent/guardian allow your son/daughter etc. to come down and use the facility you are agreeing that you understand that your son/daughter are not being supervised directly during their time at the facility.
