Scotland Men's Under-17s will head to Spain later this month for two friendly matches against Indonesia as Head Coach Brian McLaughlin's young side prepare for their European Championship qualifiers later this year.

McLaughlin has named a squad of 20 for the double header. The first game takes place on Thursday, 26 September and the second takes place on Sunday, 29 September, with both matches at the Pinatar Arena.

The two matches will serve as preparation for the qualifiers which take place at the end of October and the start of November.

Scotland face, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Lithuania, with the first match taking place on Tuesday, 29 October. The top two from that group will qualify for the second group stage in early 2025, with the winner of that group securing qualification for the finals.

Scotland achieved back to back finals appearances in 2022 and 2023 at Under-17 level but missed out on a third successive tournament in 2024.
