Scotland will kick-off 2016 with a game against Sweden in Gothenburg, after a challenge match between the two sides in January was confirmed.
Anna Signeul's team will take on the Swedes at the Prioritet Serneke Arena on 26 January 2016, at 6pm (CET). It will act as crucial preperation for the re-start of the squad's EURO 2017 Qualifying campaign that recommences in April with a home tie against Slovenia.
Scotland last played the 2003 FIFA Women's World Cup finalists in September 2014 and will be out to avenge a 2-0 defeat in that game.
Sweden reached the Round of 16 in last years FIFA Women's World Cup and are currently undefeated in their EURO Qualifying Group.
