2015 Victory Shield
Northern Ireland 1-0 Scotland
Tuesday 3rd November 2015, 2pm kick-off
Newport Stadium, Wales

Scotland Under-16s suffered defeat in the Victory Shield for the first time this season after a narrow defeat to Northern Ireland in Newport.

Following a victory over the competition hosts on Sunday, Scotland went into the game knowing that a win - combined with a draw in the other match between Wales and the Republic of Ireland - would see Scotland win the tournament.

However, a goal from Jack Chambers was enough to give Northern Ireland the victory.

Scotland now face the Republic of Ireland on Thursday in their final match of the tournament.
