The Scottish FA can confirm the appointment of Duncan Fraser, the Chief Executive of Aberdeen, and Neil Doncaster, Chief Executive of the Scottish Professional Football League, to the board as representatives of the professional game.

Their appointments to the Scottish FA Board were elected at a meeting of the Scottish FA’s Professional Game Board and follows the election of Rod Petrie as President and Mike Mulraney, Chairman of Alloa Athletic, as Vice-President at last month’s Scottish FA AGM.

The nomination of the Non-Professional Game Board representative will be confirmed next month.

Rod Petrie, Scottish FA President: “I am pleased to welcome Duncan Fraser to the board. He has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience at club level and serving in a variety of positions within Scottish football, including the SPFL Board and the PGB.

“I also welcome Neil’s re-appointment and look forward to working with our full board to drive the Scottish FA and Scottish football forward.”
