International C-Licence Course
25th to 29th August 2014
Palace of Arts, Glasgow

The Scottish FA is running their first ever 'International C-Licence' at the Palace of Art, Glasgow, in August.

Scottish FA Coach Education has long been regarded as a benchmark for coaching excellence and in recent years we have been inundated with requests from Scottish and foreign coaches living abroad wanting to continue their education. The difficulty has been that the dates of courses have previously been spread out over a 3-4 week period.

The 'International C-Licence' is exactly the same format as the current C-Licence however it will take place over 5 days which will include the coach assessment. This will hopefully allow our well-travelled coaches to return to Scotland and engage with the coaching pathway on more manageable terms.

The Palace of Art will host the course and is an ideal location as it is only five minutes away from city centre hotels and Glasgow International Airport.

The pre-requisite for the course will be that each candidate must have a Scottish FA 1.3 Coaching in the Game certificate or have completed 30 hours of coach education with another Association. Every application must be accompanied by a coaching CV.

Applications will be considered upon submission with confirmation of a place on the course given as early as possible. The closing date for applications will be Friday 15th August.
