National Teams

CP Scotland made it to the Quarter Finals of the CP World Cup but were knocked out by Brazil.  There were shades of David Neary when Scotland scored first, however they eventually lost 4-1.

The Scotland Men's squad are now seeded fourth for World Cup 2014 draw but Craig Levein remains optimistic about our chances for qualification.

Morten Wieghorst helped launch the public ticket sale for the International Challenge Match between Scotland v Denmark on August 10 and endorsed the Scottish FA’s appointment of a Performance Director.

Referee Development

The Scottish FA and the Scottish Qualifications Authority yesterday launched the new Refereeing Professional Development award at Lenzie Academy.

This new qualification will enable candidates to develop the knowledge and skills to start a career in refereeing and will be delivered by the SQA in partnership with the Scottish FA from next year.
