Billy Stark has named his squad for next month’s Under-19 European Championship Qualifiers.

The youngsters face Belarus, Andorra and Germany as Scotland gets set to host the qualifiers at three venues across the country.

Cappielow Park will be the venue for Belarus v Scotland on 9 October, whilst Dumbarton Football Stadium is the ground for the Under-19s game against Andorra.

Firhill Stadium will then host Scotland v Germany on 15 October in the final game of the group.

Head Coach Billy Stark believes it will be a valuable opportunity for his young players to gain some valuable experience of competitive international football on home soil.

He said: “It’s a great opportunity for the young players to face very talented European sides in the form of Belarus, Andorra and Germany.

“To be playing these games at stadiums across the country is valuable experience for these young players but adds an extra edge.

“We hope to put the players in positions like this, to drive and test them against the best players in their age groups. With the talented crop of Under-19s that we have, born in or after 2001, I am excited for them meeting the challenges ahead.”
