Please don't worry if you haven't received your membership pack and card for 2010/11 yet. Due to the number of these to be sent, it could take another few weeks to get them out to everyone. They are sent in batches of each t-shirt size so you may not receive packs at the same time as friends and family even if you renewed on the same day.
