Scotland’s players will make their debut at the FIFA Women’s World Cup in bespoke new home and away kits – the first-ever set of kits exclusive to the Scotland Women’s National Team.

Designed specifically for this summer’s tournament, the kits – revealed on International Women’s Day – will be worn throughout Scotland’s campaign in France as Shelley Kerr’s side make their first appearance on the game’s biggest stage.

Included in the brace of new strips is a brand new pink away shirt, made with adidas Climalite technology to aid performance.

The shirt will be complemented by black shorts, with the kit completed by pink socks with lightweight cushioning for high-performance comfort.

Scotland’s traditional dark blue home shirt remains as a staple of the national teams, made of breathable and quick-drying material to maintain player comfort throughout the match.

The iconic three stripes of adidas are incorporated on the shirt’s shoulder, continuing the long-standing relationship between the Scottish FA and the sportswear giant.

Both kits will launch in-store and online at JD Sports in May – you can pre-order your kit now.

Scotland captain Rachel Corsie was delighted with her side’s new kit, as the squad returned from their historic showing at the Algarve Cup.

“It’s amazing to have our own kit,” she said.

“It’s something that’s really special to the girls – the kit looks amazing and you really feel the part when you wear it, which in turn can really add to our performance.

“All of these additional things are really adding to the squad’s excitement ahead of the FIFA Women’s World Cup.

“This is a big statement to everyone involved, from the players to the fans. We want to make the absolute most of the opportunity.”
